After approval by both parties a postage cost will be added to your order, and in most cases a packing charge of $5 on larger and more fragile orders will apply, or you may wish to arrange for your own postage.
 Custom Creations will not take any responsibility for goods damaged or lost after leaving the factory, we will ensure all good are packed suitably for transport, and are marked fragile when required, in most cases this is needed along with extra padding and strong cardboard wrap to prevent breakage., also you can request registered post to ensure your parcel is not lost in transit and arrives without a problem.
Once the total amount for the order is approved Payment is then due, via DIRECT DEPOSIT or PAYPAL, all goods must be paid for before manufacture. All goods produced remain the property of Custom Creations until all funds are cleared. In most cases the order can be completed in one to three weeks depending on the size of the order and work load at the time.

 Any designs you wish to have manufactured by Custom Creations will have a set up fee placed upon the first item produced of $20, and this may change depending on the amount of item designs required.Custom Creations can and will honour and manufacture the design exclusive to you, for a period of twelve months, after which it can be introduced into my range, only if this is pre arranged by you the client. Also you must agree by signing this document that you take full responsibility for any reproduction of a copy righted design and Custom Creations is released from any part of a copy right dispute.
